First off, the comparison to chocolate to a perfect man is genius and most humorous. Reading your description on the back made me laugh. Great from a marketing point of view.
The illustration is creative and well done. I love the idea that it's a black tie affair. This symbolizes that this is no ordinary chocolate.
You've done a good job with the type (although I would have chosen a sans), you've chosen a good typeface for this piece.
The only thing that I can see wrong is that there is a spelling error (from what I can see). In the line "wont break your heart" I believe you meant "won't" as in "will not".

I chose the Goudy Handtooled font because I wanted to symbolize an old era feeling of when all men tipped their hats to ladies and a time when chivalry was alive. San Serifs, while I love them, was only popularized by the Swiss not too long ago, its a bit too modern for the feeling I wanted to evoke.
And I'm glad you pointed out the grammar!
